Our friendly and trained drivers will pick up the passenger at the scheduled time and if assistance is necessary, they will be escorted into the vehicle. Once settled in and comfortable, the driver will take them to their destination. While our clients’ needs and requirements vary, Broadway is committed to providing excellent accessible transportation services. If we are picking up a passenger from an appointment, our driver will gently escort them from the vehicle, if requested, and will not leave their side until they are where they need to be. Passenger safety is our drivers’ top priority.
